Registration Information

STEP 1 - 7th Grade Registration Google Form

Begin by completing the 7th Grade Registration Google Form: Click HERE

• This form will allow you to rank your elective choices in order of 1st to 4th
• In case of scheduling conflicts, the Google Form will indicate your alternate elective course requests

STEP 2 - Aeries Online Registration

1. Go to the Tuffree website

• Under the “Student Resources” tab, select “Aeries” from the drop down

2. Log into the Aeries STUDENT Account (not the parent account)

• Click on your name at the top of the page and switch profile to “Tuffree Middle School -  [Pre Enrolled] Grd 7"

3. Under the “Classes” tab, select “Course Requests Entry” from the drop down

4. Click on the “Search” tab to see a list of all available electives 

5. Click on your 1st choice and 2nd choice elective course requests and select “Request Primary”

6. You are finished!

• You should now see your elective choices listed under “Course Requests”

Please note: 

• AVID and Spanish will not show up as an option in Aeries
• These class rosters will be determined at a later date and Aeries updated accordingly 
• If one of these is your 1st or 2nd choice elective, please select your 3rd or 4th choice elective

NON-APPLICATION ELECTIVES 

STEP 1: Complete the 8th Grade Google Form (Link posted in the Tuffree Google Classroom on Friday 3/15)

• This form will allow students to rank their non-application elective choices in order of preference
• In case of scheduling conflicts, this form will indicate students alternate elective course requests

STEP 2: Complete Online Aeries Registration

1. Go to www.tuffree.org 

2. Under the “Student Resources” tab, select “Aeries” from the drop-down, then log into your STUDENT account, NOT parent account!

3. Under the “Classes” tab, select “Course Requests Entry”

4. Then click on the “Search” tab to see a list of all available elective

5. Then click on your 1st choice & 2nd choice elective course requests and select “Request Primary”

6. You are finished!

Please note:

• Application Electives will not show up as an option 
• Application Elective class rosters will be determined at a later date
• If you are accepted into an application elective we will manually adjust your schedule
• If you are applying for an application elective continue to the section below 🠋

APPLICATION ELECTIVES 

STEP 1: Attend Lunch Meeting(s)

Attend the lunch meeting for each application elective you plan on applying for (week of 3/11)

STEP 2: Complete the Application Elective Interest Form

• This form will be used to show your interest in application electives for the 2024-2025 school year
• Students will be asked to rank the electives that they are applying for, in preference order
• Link will be posted in the Tuffree Google Classroom on Friday 3/15
